Abstract
Chapter I Provided and the importance of research That the athletics events of the games that have seen great development in recent years through practical achievements that have been made in ecent tournaments.The effectiveness of the 400 m free one of the activities of athletics which is characterized by speed and power and xcitement,where classified these actual events within the short-long-term relatively, and that competition continued to break down the numbers and achieve the highest degree of achievement in the activities of athletics in general and the effectiveness of the (400 freestyle) in particular is one of the topics that occupy the minds of many interested in achieving the development of digital event due to the long distance race and a time of cut and the intensity of their performance and are based effectiveness in the performance of motor to achieve the highest levels on the physical attributes and skill and the degree of sense of time and distance and the degree of integration between them. especially for the two categories of T13-12 who suffer from the problem of poor sight and lack of appreciation of the real distance of the race resulting in lack of appreciation of the distance properly and Batalli lack of appreciation of time, which affects the achievement. That the problem of lack of interest in research exercises sense of distance and time during the training modules may be the reason for the low achievement for most runners Iraqis category (12-13) compared with the global level, and here began the researcher to identify the problem and overcome Objectives of the research 1 - Design of a sense of distance test of the effectiveness of 400 m for the blind category ((TB13-B12 2 - Design test of the sense of time of the effectiveness of 400 m for the blind category ((TB13-B12 3 - Understand the relationship sense of time and completion of 400 meters, the enemy of the Blind (TB13-B12) Hypotheses assume that the researcher: 1 - The sense of distance correlation completion of high (400 m enemy) to the category of (T B12). 2 - the sense of time correlation completion of high (400 m enemy) to the category of (T B13).
