The results study of the chemical composition and content of some essential amino acids and mineral elements of the three local varieties of rice from the harvest season (2010) included a ward of Anbar Baghdad and Mchkab (1) and Trbea (6) distinguish Class Education (6) in its content of moisture in terms of 5.8%, followed by Mchkab (1) and Anbar Baghdad rates 5.3% and 4.9% respectively.
