| The research included five chapters . The first chapter has the introduction which most of women suffer for the weakness of their muscles as well as the flexibility. The goal of the research was to find out the effect of apparatus on the muscles. The hypotheses was, there is a statistical different between the pre and post test. chapter two included review literature about the power and the flexibility of muscles. Chapter three included the research methods. The researcher conducted the experimental methods. Twenty women involved with aged between 25-38 years old for 6 weeks. Chapter four displayed the results as well as the analysis and discussion. The researcher found there was a different between the ore and post test because of the positive effect of the apparatus on the muscles that met the hypothesis. Finally, the researcher recommended that the most of household women should use the apparatus to develop their muscles, as well as using different muscles to find out whether apparatus has an effect on them | ||
