Abstract
The study moment of the time in the last three steps and the stage of upgrading the important variables which resolved as a result of the competition given the importance of these stages and the consequent changes during the moment of time, so jumping exercises depending on moment of the time on the length of time, time pivot, Approach angle, payment Angle to these steps in stage of accelerate greatly affect at the speed of motor performance to fits the skill especially the last three steps and stage of upgrading where the player needs to perform perfect steps for transformation horizontal velocity to vertical velocity and this exercises must be built according to real indicators based on the results of scientific to findont these moment of the time and impact on the last three variables steps and the stage of upgrading because these variable dependent on accuracy performance and these variables needs to stability performance during attempts, therefore, the researcher measurement of these moment of the time to the last three steps and the stage of upgrading through use video imaging and kinetic analysis and prepare training to develop these variables to solve this problem which is facing the team player at the moment and the researcher supposed the presence of statistically significant differences between tribal tests and posteriori tests in variable the last three steps and the stage of upgrading. The research was conducted on a sample of team player for high jump (6) players has comparison between tests results tribal and posteriori and the researcher concluded that the exercises using means and gadgets according to performance that used within the moment of the time its effectiveness in the development of lengths of time and time pivot to the last three steps and stage of upgrading and approach angle, payment Angle which is helped economy in time and the force exerted correctly the correct performance parts to these variables in the last three steps which reflected on the stage of upgrading which led to the development of .
