| Abstract | ||
| This research discussed the effect of modern Leading pattern, which represented by converting and alternating Leading pattern in crisis management in organizations depending on their abilities in adapatation of various situation and crises that reflects positivly in the organization and the community. So this research aims to measure the range of the variable of modern leading pattern in crisis management and that was choosen through two suppositions the first was the correlation relation ship , and the second was for the effect . For this purpose many of statical styles one of them was the variable spearman (R2) and then a chevied a group of conclusions, one of them was the importance of modern leading pattern role in managing the crisis specialy and the success of the organization in general so depending on that the recommendations are presented . | ||
