| Abstract A field experiment were carried out in the field of the Technical institute of Mosul to find out the effects of three depths of T-Tape pipes on sunflower seedlings on vegetable growth of the seedling in Nineveh province north of Iraq at 100% of the field capacity ,using subsurface irrigation T-Tape pipes . RCBD experimental design was used with three replicates . significant differences were found between the depths for each of the studies traits .The 15cm depth was the highest significant in root length ,seedling height, total weight of the plant ,(fresh and dry weight ) and root weight respectively 9.45cm,32.3cm39.811gm ,33.854gm, 7.375gm ,7.375,gm,4.119gm,3.32gm and 0.793gm .Also it shown that 15cm depth gave least moisture loss as evaporation from the soil surface. Results shown that the increase under depth of T-Tape pipes in the soil gave the best results in this experiment. | ||
