Abstract
The study aims at investigating the influence of the values held by the high-leves Leaderships on the organizational adjustment conducted by the organizations to meet the changes which happen in the External Environment. This study is applied on tourism organizations in the city of Baghdad. The study is based on a questionare designed to measure the variables of the study. After doing the statistical analysis, the researcher concluded that there is an influence of the values of high-level leaderships in the process of organizational adjustment in general.
