| Oil wealth is representing the life blood of Iraqi economy. And that any prospects of its development must pass through the gate of the oil sector, through its huge proceeds. But these returns necessitate rational oil policy able for best use of real and financial resources to tend the economy from rental one to a well developed economy. the oil policy in Iraq did not adopt a long، term strategic planning to achieve the main development goals. The paper aims at analyse and evaluate and evaluate the oil policies of the successive Iraqi govemments to allocate the oil resources، and finally aims at giving a scheme for future sound oil policy in the hear run. | ||
