| Abstract | ||
| Foreground - needs to be of a particular type exercises and training to the means and tools to help have a significant and effective role in passing the barrier speed when the runner. So researcher chose three special training methods and using tools help is important in the development phase of the maximum speed of the event, a training on the slopes, and training using the drawing tools to the front, and training using pull back resistors Show the research problem in the study of stopping in achievement for digital effective ran (100 meters), which is difficult for most coaches bypassed, especially for runners, so I went researcher to conduct a study to develop the most important methods of training and assistive devices that have been instrumental in the development phase of the maximum speed of the event. Goals: study the effect of special training methods in the development phase of maximum speed and achievement of the effectiveness of the run (100 meters) for women, and to identify the best method of them. Hypotheses: There are significant differences between pre and post tests and three research groups, there are significant differences between a posteriori tests and in favor of the group that used Aslon clouds to the Imam. Areas of research: The human sphere: a sample of the national team players athletics, and unplug the runners ran short distances have been numbered (6) runners. Temporal domain: the time period between 1/7/2005 until 15/10/2005. Spatial domain: track and field stadium in the Faculty of Physical Education University Baghdad - Jadiriya.
