Abstract
The research aims to apply the measure of the effectiveness of the performance of supervisors competence education sports in secondary schools in Anbar province, and to know the effectiveness of the performance by finding the levels of standard for that efficiency, because of its profound impact and important and Mathura increase the level of efficiency and the interaction between him and the teachers to the level of ambition and to serve and develop the process educational, and researchers used a descriptive approach to research sample of (117) individuals were relying on application procedures on a scale the effectiveness of the performance of supervisors jurisdiction consisting of (42), paragraph, and after that the situation researchers instructed to answer on the scale, in addition to the level of standard that determines the level of effectiveness and the performance of supervisors competence and knowledge of the field the most and the weakest in accordance with the areas of scale, and after the end of the special procedures in the application of the scale, study recommended the need to take advantage of the results of the application of the scale in the process of selecting, testing and preparation and qualification of supervisors jurisdiction to suit the tasks entrusted to them .
