| The hotel industry is one of the business fields which the success of its establishments is related to the continuous changes of guests preferences and favors . So employees training specially in the operational departments came in the head of the priorities to the development of quality of services to reach high levels of guest satisfaction , and that will lead to achieve the high percentage of Occupancy and increasing sales and profits . | ||
