Abstract
Increasingly felt every day of the importance of the manuscripts because of being one of the primary sources , and what are its characteristics and advantages of scientific and historical may available in other sources other primary , where it's high reliability - rare and unique - in addition to it reflects the reality of scientific and cultural past , and these characteristics it did not put her important and infect damage , loss, theft , and the presence of information and communications technology , it has to be invested in order to organize , preserve and make available for users digital form . Is the definition of sites, which has invested digitization of Arabic manuscripts , and evaluated in terms of the methods of digitization and how to develop the content and method of making available to the beneficiary , adopted the descriptive survey method for Arabic sites and for the most part, the study finds that began ministries centers and institutions towards effective and true towards digitization and organization in catalogues and made available for users and the kinds of terms found on their titles or their own data or examine them and look at the content and recommendations , it is necessary to limit the production of intellectual manuscript and then build databases to be digitized and made available for users and that all parties concerned Arab collaborators in order manuscript Arab.
