Abstract :
This research was conducted at lath houses during fall season of 2011 and spring season of 2012 to examine the effect of bio vaccine and the organic fertilizer and the interaction between them. Adding vital fertilizer has Influenced to increasing rates of plant growth, flowering rate, and roots compared with the control treatment , so the mixture treatment was twice significantly surpassed (Azosprillium brasilense bacteria and Mycorrhiza fungi) by giving the highest
values of plant growth, leaves area , leaves dry contents percent , total leaves content of chlorophyll pigment , flower diameter , flowers content of anthocyanin’s pigment, vase life , and the percent of dry content in the flowers which are recorded as (68.17and 58.83 ) cm , (978.43 and 856.86) cm 2 (26.64 and 25.2)% ,(280.8 and 239.9) mg.100g1̵ fresh weight,(66.42 and 54.75) mm, (35.3 and 29.3) mg.100g1̵ fresh weight (10.33 and 9.17) day,(28.07and 24.59%) respectively . in addition to, organic fertilizer was Influenced to increasing in 6% of soil weight and it recorded the highest amount in green and flowering growth in all treatment above . As well as, the interaction treatments (B3O2) has the best result of all treatments and better than mixture treatment with organic fertilizer in 6% of soil weight which is the highest amount in the planet green growth and flowering growth , the planets height , flower diameter, vase life and the micorisa effect in the roots and number of mycorrhiza fung spores which is (75.33 and 61.00) cm,( 70.33 and 56.68) mm,( 13 and 11) day,( 66.67 and 50.68) %, (382.3 and 225.7) spore.10g1̵dry soil respectively . |
