Abstract The Arab countries work to achieve economic integration among them since the founding of the Arab league, which showed many tries in this area such as the common Arab market and the Arab Free Trade Area, as well as the some individual attempts any that were not under the roof of the Arab League, as the Council of Arab cooperation and the Council of " GCC " and the announcement " Agadir " in Morocco. There are many factors that encourage the Arab integration, but also there are many factors play role in diluting the efforts the integration such as difference in levels of development and the disruption of the economic structure regional economic integration is agreement a number of countries geographically to the territory of a particular economic, to establish link between them in the form of economic integration Article 24 is the reference in the GATT 1994 about regional economic integration There are some regional alternatives for Arab economic integration, such as European- Mediterranean partnership, and Middle East project and Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA( The aim of the project is the Middle Eastern economy, entrance the (Israel) in the group of Arab Economic and ensuring advance (Israel) against Arab states, and give it the role of leader economy because different economic levels between the two sides the Arab and (Israel)
