| Abstract | ||
| The Cold War was at the top of virulence when it included many parts of the world , prompting Western powers led by the United States to review the policy of containment () (Containment policy), and the development of a new military strategy to counter any attack or assault has done the communist camp in any area of the the world, here was the United States to establish military bases strikes in the nearby countries of the Soviet Union in order to anticipate any attack emergency could happen by communist countries or the so-called eastern bloc , and the establishment of safety belt between the east and west stretches from Turkey to the Indian Ocean . It also saw the Arab world after the end of World War II shifted significantly in the form of a conflict that was going on in the Arab region , has resigned a number of states , and force collapsed , Germany, Italy , and the weakened position of Britain and France , and Sarta called colonization , while the back of the Soviet Union and the United States as a force new on the scene , since the policy was based on the recent scaled force the Russians in the region , and support (Israel) , as well as the quest for Arab oil at discounted prices , and therefore came under the Arab countries to various forms of pressure and threats from Western countries . | ||
