Abstract
The effect of annealing on the structural properties of (CdO) thin film prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis on glass substrates preheated to (300) °C was studied. The annealing process with different temperature (400,500)°C for an hour, from XRD analysis we indicate that all the prepared films were polycrystalline Cubic structure before and after annealing .
