Abstract
This study was performed to investigate the effects of seasonal
Variation and parity changing of cow and baffulo on milk
Components in marshes area .Results revealed that protein and fat percentages were signifesantly increased in buffalo and cow milk during winter season as compared with summer period . and significantly decreased in solid not fat (Snf) in milk of both buffalo and com during winter. While other paramteres (PH and Lactose) did not show any signfecant changes during defferent seasons . parity was signfecanty effect on protein nad fat content.
