| Abstract : The success of beekeeping projects depends largely on the efficiency and quality of its management elements, the elements of the apiary management consists of bees, beekeeper and pasture , The experience of beekeepers is one of the essential conditions to management apiary properly .The development of expertise, knowledge and skills of beekeepers can be done through training , and identification of training needs is the foundation upon which to build any training program . The present study aims to identify the training needs of the beekeepers in AL- Diwaniyah city, the results showed that beekeepers in the city need a middle level of training , and more areas of beekeeping needs for training is bee diseases and pests, breeding queens . | ||
