| Abstract The Baldrige health criteria became as indicators for excellence ,which represent the target of the health organizations. According to this, the aim of the current research is to test the mutual influence between the organizational and managerial strategic criteria for excellence in performance and the results of organizational performance , focusing on patients in tikrit general hospital. In order to achieve the research objectives and answer its questions, we developed and put asset of hypotheses, tested it depending on many statistical methods . The result of tested hypotheses refers to many consequences , the most important conclusions: - The mutual influence between the strategic and organizational management standards for excellence in performance and Organisational performance results of the patients was due to give more interest to the human resource and management processes and metrics, analysis, and knowledge management. - In light of these findings researchers offer number of recommendations, the most important was: - enough attentions must be given to the leadership , strategic planning ,with deep concentration on patients , to achieve excellence in performance | ||
