| Abstract This paper Tries to Determine the Role of Information Technology in Implementing of Mass Customization System, as An Exploratory Study in a Sample of Industrial Companies in Nineveh Government. Following Mass Customization System is very Important to lead the Companies to Continue in their Life cycle, and help them in Manufacturing Products According to the Needs and desires of the Customer. Implementing of Mass Customization System could be achieved when the industrial companies depend on the information technology components to get techniques, information and wanted knowledge will participate in implementing of Mass Customization System . The importance of this study come from the effect of determining role of these Components , and its importance for the surveyed companies. In general, the following questions indicate the Research problem which are: 1. Is there any clear vision about information technology and it's components in the surveyed companies? 2. Is There any Clear Vision about Mass Customization and it's Importance in the surveyed Companies? 3. What is the relationship between the components of information technology and Mass Customization System in the researched Companies? 4. Are components of information technology affect the implementing of Mass Customization System in the surveyed Companies. | ||
