| The refusal of the United States recognize the Republic of China after its founding in 1949 to escalated the dispute between them but the nature of the international situation and competition that took place during the Cold War between the two camps eastern communist-led Soviet Union and the Western capitalist led by the United States imposed on the recent establishment of relations with the Republic of China People were not so easy, so goes communications between them frequently intermittent and by states and intermediates until the establishment of liaison offices in May of 1973, as stocks were set up largely in the rapprochement and promote the occurrence of official meetings and direct them addressed during which all matters in issue between the two so you can count the opening of Contact my office is a positive step paved for the establishment of diplomatic relations between them.
