| Organizations devoted efforts in order to climbing of organizational knowledge that’s having it but knowledge facing conditions and occupation variables that lead to decrease and grotto. This state is ordering and expecting of organizations life that requirement to depending many mechanisms of revival and reactivity without surrendering that’s around it. This study finding approach to preface of problem through question: Did many factors contributed to organizational knowledge grotto of organizations.
