| Abstract | ||
| Abstract The external control consider as amain requirements that govern the performance of Islamic banks , it monitors the performance of these banks from the Islamic view to be away from riba and provide these banks with the fatwa that adequate with their work. The importance of research come from the importance of Islamic banks which offering the practical alternative instead of usury banks , and the need for external control of those banks and research aims to determine external Sharia commit to control the Islamic banks. The research problem represent in the lack of external control commit represent with Sharia commit govern the work of the Islamic banks. The hypothesis of the research is represented in the possibility and existence of oversight bodies legitimacy of foreign Islamic banks and determine the requirements activated in those banks. The most important findings of the research is that the control commits in the Islamic banks are local commits belonging to the bank management, aims to examine and assess the extent to which the Islamic banks are working under the Islamic principles. | ||
