Abstract
Collect (320) samples from four Marshes locations of Thi - Qar province are : Kalueen ,Alehkeka , Altar and Alkarmashee ,each location divided in to four stations . The fungi Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger are very good growth in CMA and PCA culture but , Mucor sp fungus not grow . CMA and PCA culture.
The high level appearance percent average of fungus Aspergillus flavus is64% for but , low level appearance percent average of fungus pacellomyces sp is 16% in planting soil . The research show significant
Correlation p 0.01 and p 0.05 between appearance percent average of fungi in locations research.
