| - The use of neuromuscular compatibility exercises to help learn the snatch among the students of the first phase. - Identify the harmonic effect of exercise on the experimental group and the control group. The search was imposed: - There are significant differences between the experimental and control groups for the experimental group The researchers found a set of the most important conclusions: - To give compatibility exercises in an orderly and appropriate repetition educated individuals have a positive impact on teaching the art of greatness. - The compatibility exercises that have been used and provided the time and effort to learn the skill as well as faster performance. The recommendations were: - The need for the introduction of compatibility exercises in the acquisition phase of the starters so as to upwardly adjust your technique. - Emphasis on the choice of exercises that fit individuals who are taught according to their levels as well as duplicates in line with their performance. | ||
