| Abstract | ||
| In recent years ,the world has witnessed a great technological development .The appearance of what is called Knowledge Economy makes knowledge the power "engine" of production and economical growth .In addition to that ,the concentration principle on information and technology has become one of the basic elements in economy (take for granted). Information Technology may also affect on the organization culture and strategies adopted by the organizations ,a matter that is reflected on designing the information system which is regarded as one of the most important systems that are workable in business organization that provide all partners with the required information for planning and observing , let done its ability to provider the information to apply the strategy that the organization follows ,a matter that is reflected on the culture which the organization follows. | ||
