| Tunisia has seen since the beginning of 1934 heats up in the dispute between the national leadership of the Liberal Party constitutional Tunisian , which showed the difficulty in working together within the Executive Committee of the party, Vtass new political party bore the name Liberal Party new constitutional , which announced its establishment after the Conference Palace Hilal held in March 2, 1934 , it met with considerable opposition from the members of the Executive Committee and the enemy as a kind of rebellion and depart from the principles of the party's core laid the bases Sheikh Abdul Aziz Thaalbi , at the same time exposed the party to violent tremors almost cost him his life at the beginning of his appearance, which was a campaign arrest its leaders , which affected the institution of the French protectorate authorities and exiled to the Tower Alibov in southern Tunisia .
