| Abstract | ||
| Exposure of Iraqi society , like other communities in crisis and over the decades to a large structural changes spread to a depth of societal structures and institutions and thus reflected on the overall situation of human security to the citizens. These changes have interacted in which a group of internal and external factors ( war and siege , and occupation ) and have had adverse effects on the reality of the community and caused a crack in a violent and functions of its institutions of formal and informal , as well as the social fabric . There is no doubt that the period that followed the occupation of Iraq in 2003, has had a clear impact on the overall situation of economic, social and political development of the Iraqi society . It has spawned such circumstances a state of deterioration and cracking systems of values and social norms of the community , led to the exacerbation of the manifestations of behavioral deviation and high levels of crime in general . The basic purpose of this research in nutrition and open debate on the basic problems facing and hinder social development in Iraq , on the grounds that crime and delinquency are two of the most prominent social challenges faced by the Iraqi society at the present time . Our goal is also behind this research is to provide a sociological explanation for the phenomena of criminal and Alanhraveh which have increased their rates and forms after 2003 . Even become a social concern for the majority of members of the Iraqi society , as well as try to find some solutions and treatments to these phenomena condemned and negative effects on society . The research is divided into the following themes : First research : a systematic framework for the search. The second topic: the war and societal implications on society. The third topic: some theories that explain the behavior of the criminal and deviant . Section IV: sociological explanation of the phenomena and criminal Alanhraveh in Iraq .
