Abstract
Study sought to define the role of the Holy Quran Radio in educating university students religiously , through a representative sample of students in Jordanian universities , has become Islam occupies a place on the media agenda , and aims stations religious breeding a generation of young people to understand the values of Islam and its teachings through religious programs broadcast to community groups Mark . The total study sample ( 300 ) students in various disciplines and nationalities , where the questionnaire was distributed randomly , were retrieved ( 271 ) of them, and were excluded (6) questionnaires to insufficient data , and thus the questionnaires approved ( 265 ) questionnaire at a rate of ( 0.88 ), which appropriate for the purposes of conducting the study . The study results were most important: 1 . The results showed that the role of the Holy Quran Radio in educating university students were moderately religious , and reported that they instill in themselves the importance of Zakat weakly , as well as teach them not to waste much weak. 2 . Lack of statistically significant differences (≥ a 0.05) attributable to gender role towards the Holy Quran Radio in educating university students religiously. 3 . Lack of statistically significant differences (≥ a 0.05) attributable to age toward the role of the Holy Quran Radio in educating university students religiously. 4 . The presence of statistically significant differences (≥ a 0.05) attributable to the degree of scientific toward the role of the Holy Quran Radio in the religious education of university students , and the differences were in favor of a class bachelor . 5 . Lack of statistically significant differences (≥ a 0.05) attributable to the level of the school toward the role of the Holy Quran Radio in educating university students religiously. 6 . Lack of statistically significant differences (≥ a 0.05) attributable to the role of nationality Holy Quran Radio in educating university students religiously. The study recommended the need to reconsider the strategy Quran radio to be appropriate for the message that Onst for it and are compatible with the role expected to be played , as well as to enhance the broadcast on the internet because it suffers from technical problems.
