Abstract
Abstract: The application of electronic archiving system in the courts of the Nineveh province considered as one of the strategic objectives pursuing by those organizations ,but these requirements are varied and taken several ways, this prompting researcher to ask the question reflects current research problem expressed as: Does the surveyed organizations have the requirements for adopting electronic archiving system? The study sample has covered a random sample of courts judges in Nineveh represented with (50) judges, the study concluded a set of conclusions , the most important one was the management beliefs represent critical factor to achieve the other requirements , in order to prepare a budget to provide the technological developments in the court , as well as higher agreement on the need for the surveyed organizations to have the values and beliefs to shift towards electronic archiving. Based on these findings the paper put many recommendations including : - The necessity of educate and cultures the organizations and individuals to beaware and response to the importance of Electronic Archiving system . - Put the electronic archiving system as a scientific track in colleges and universities - Training makes organizations more competitive, helps retain valuable employees so these organizations have to send their workers to training courses to promote their level of awareness of electronic archiving system and promote their skills with modern information technologies.
