| Abstract The paper aimed to find the correlation and impact of the philosophy of five steps (5s) in improving the Store layout, because of the important role of this philosophy in improving the quality of the work environment and productivity, it was good and succeed method through its application in different productive or service environments. Study sample was consisted of the employees working in the stores of the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies / Nineveh ( raw materials, semi-finished, full product, tools and spare parts, etc), to measure the benefit of application of five steps philosophy in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the stores management in general, and the layout of store In particular . The paper was based on questionnaire as a main tool in the practical side, the paper found through analysis the great role of the five steps in improving the layout of the store, and the researchers suggest and recommend the management in the company to apply the philosophy of five steps to improve the Store layout. | ||
