| Abstract | ||
| abstract There is no doubt that the use of modern models for management development will be useful to put strategies that will repair and update various management systems, through planned process seeking to achieve management success . There are many methods can be used in developing management: ( e.g. : re-engineering management, adopt a modern methods in organize, simplified procedures, the development of regulations and laws, human resource development) but we don’t know which one is the more suitable for the organization to be developed, so the current study aims to find the best method through these methods , by which the organization could achieve effective management development. Study has been applied in the (Nineveh Health Directorate, North Electricity Distribution Directorate and Mosul Municipality) by selecting a sample of (63) employees represented by the administrative persons in all levels of management in the surveyed organization , and after analyzing the results by using (pattern recognition model) shows that the surveyed organizations varying in the degree of its need to administrative development. Our recommendation were: - The necessity of adoption the method of " re-engineering" in the case of big and complex problems facing the organizations as is the case the Mosul Municipality - Adoption of modern administrative systems in the organization that seeks to achieve largest or best excellence in the light of its current potentialities such as the Nineveh Health Directorate - As well as we recommend adoption of a simplifying procedures method in the North Electricity Distribution Directorate ,because the administrative system in it is good and need to be developed slightly. word: pattern recognition model, management development | ||
