| Abstract. The paper aims to know the view and imaginations of workers in the Ibn al-Atheer educational hospital / Nineveh about the concept of empowerment and its impact and relevance in improving the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries. The study sample was (30) employees from the hospital staff, data analysis depend on descriptive statistical analysis, and the regression coefficient. The most important results was the presence of the impact of empowerment strategy with statistically significant in the quality of health service felt by respondents, The study concluded a set of conclusions and recommendations , the most important among them are: - It is necessary to promote the culture of empowerment among workers in hospitals - Reconsider the salaries and incentives of the workers , and put good and clear upgrading programs can be applied away from favoritism. | ||
