| Arab societies witness social and economic hurdles that lead to the increase of employment which is one of the main challenges that Arab economies face currently. The present paper aims at limiting the size of employment in the State of Qatar. It aims at investigating the reasons behind such a phenomenon through statistical analysis of data that includes the population counting in 2010.
