| Abstract | ||
| This study includes two sections. The first one describes natural and demographic resources of Republic of Iraq and Federation of Malaysia. It mentions similarities and dissimilarities in these resources between the two countries. It is shown that the different resources are longitude and latitude coordinates, surface, climate, natural vegetation, and economic activities. On the other hand, the similar characteristics include the presence of ethnic and religious diversities, and the total population size. This section introduces for the second one, which discusses in a comparative way the corresponding constitutional articles relevant to federalism in both countries and shows the similarities and differences in the texts of these articles between the two countries constitution. | ||
