| Abstract | ||
| The optical transmission and UV-VIS absorption spectra have been measured in the wave length range (200-900)nm for different concentration of Ps and Ni(etx)2 composite thin films. Energy gap(Eopt),refractive index(n),extinction coefficient (K),real and imaginary part of dielectric constant(ε,έ) have been evaluated. The effects of doping percentage of Ni(etx)2 on these parameters have been discussed the values of the optical energy band gap(Eopt) have been obtained from indirect allowed transition in K-space. | ||
