| Abstract | ||
| Semantics is the study of meaning on the word level, or on the structure level. Hence, semantic analysis of words is the path to judge the different semantic relationships. A word cannot be understood apart other relevant words that give its meaning.This research attempts to reveal the semantic connection among words which are used, in the context, By bader S. Al Saiab in his collection (Inshudat Al Mater), Where there is a sort of semantic approach or what is called (Synonymity). However, There is (The Common Ve rbal) as well, in which the utterance is one but has many ling. And the context will determine the meaning of the word used. Many examples have been set by Alsaiab which are related to these two types of semantic connection. As for (Opposition), the word has two opposed meanings, has not been used by Al Saiab. This research confirms that Al Saiab was not captivated by Meter, for he is aware enough of what he used of words which are semantically distinguished and clarified by context. | ||
