| Abstract | ||
| The will of Allah stipulates that this nation to be the concluding of all nations and that its message is the concluding of massage and the canon is the last of the canons. Therefore, Allah (Glory to Him) has chosen for the best of his creatures and prophets Mohammed ben Abdullah (Peace be upon him). The dignified life is the end which many patriarch aim to provide for their household. It means compassion in the apparent and suffering in the essence. Hence, Islam has paid a great attention to family and marital relations. It shows the responsibilities and duties of the couple for the family to be happy. The importance of the study comes from tackling the theme of ((The Matrimony Care in the Shade of the Surah of Al-Nisa'a (Women) -Thematic Study)); for the tight relationship with the Islamic social system and the seriousness of this and its role in the goodness of society. The study includes: an introduction, five inquiries preceded by a preface. The first about: dowry, the second about alimony , the third about the goodness, and the fourth about the recalcitrance and the fifth about the prohibition of women's. | ||
