| Abstract | ||
| The research contains of two searches and under each search there are limited demands, and it came in the introduction the place of the woman in Islam and how did the Islam free her from the injustice and rank her in high place, and granted her with all her rights in all fields, but also prescribed laws that kept these rights from being surpassed by anyone . The research then took the woman’s grant her money issue intensively without her legal guardian and her husband’s permission, the research mentioned some clerk’s sayings and their doctrines, and their proofs and discussed it in such scientific and solemn way to stand on the right opinion of it. The research ended with a topic that the woman is like the man, Islam permitted for both to own all kinds of money with all ways of properties, and everyone is dependent from the other and permitted for them in equal way to invest these properties in all legal ways, she can do these ways by herself or the one who represent her, the woman is like the man, she got eligibility with adultery or maturity ,and therefore she gets the eligibility to accomplish all the financial deals to gain and do her rights without any authority on her or her financial behavior ,whether this was her husband or others ,and she can grant her property without inquiry ,charge or avoid her . | ||
