| Abstract | ||
| This paper deals with the places and homes in pre- Islamic poetry i.e. limits of place and the sphere of values .It doesn’t tackle place and homes as an area as usual in dealing with them as in the ruins . But places and homes are described as a meaning or strictly group of meaning which the life of Arab has been established on according to the system of values that have governed the Arab human at the age we study . the paper is a try to observe how places transfere from being the first brooder to the human from the limits of place to the space of values and how poets described using them about the values of generosity, honour , sovereignity , belonging , and soon from the meanings that have been treated by the sujects of that age especially honour and compliment . | ||
