Abstract
The foreign policy means basically that you can in which each country to express its principles and aspirations of the strategic and defense for international prestige and whenever foreign policy was successful in the expression of the goals of the state and the unity of its decision and credibility whenever its foreign relations characterized by success and stability and reflected positively on its own house After changing the political system of Iraq in 2003 and the holding of Iraqi-American Convention that I consider some of the Convention on independence , which stipulates the withdrawal of the occupying forces and handing management of the country to the Iraqi side has become a dire need of a new foreign policy have the ability to change the political and in particular on the external level and build healthy relationships and positive are the basis to preserve the interests of Iraq with the regional states in particular and with the countries of the world in general And convince them to do the feasibility of a strong democratic Iraq can face external and internal challenges associated with terrorism , corruption and end the file of the international sanctions and get foreign investment and increasing external representation of Iraq in international institutions and forums
