Abstract
The aim of this study is to demonstrate the impact of GDP growth and economic openness and the size of domestic investment during the period 2002-2011 on the flow of foreign direct investment in Jordan The study worked on the employment data available with the departments responsible and other in the statistical analysis used the program, it turns out, including a positive correlation statistically significant variables: GDP and economic openness and domestic investment of foreign direct investment to varying degree. In the end, study suggested some recommendation, including the need to develop and improve the governments measures relating to licensing projects and tax administration as well as attention to infrastructure in areas where state is trying attract a foreign investment and provide incentives her and channeled to productive sectors in order to increase its contribution to the GDP and providing employment opportunities occasion
