| Abstract | ||
| After going in search of adultery between the law and Egyptian law has found to the best of the modest number of results, remember the following: - I) that the crime of adultery is more serious than murder, and that was killing the loss of the spirit of the the crime of adultery, the loss of lineages and symptoms and evidence of this: - 1) that the crime of adultery is the right of God, can not be tolerated and the waiver of the hadd it.
