| Following the collapse of the dictatorial regime in lraq new horizons of public participatin in the reconstruction of lraq administration opend through the participation of the larqi individuals in running their affairs and electing those who would represent them at all levels particularly at the local levelg the level represented by the elections of the member r to the provincial councils. The election of the members of these councils is considered of a consideration importance through the extremely great Role these councils in the public life of all citizen and also in the political economics administrative economics and social levels. | ||
