| Research seeks to examine the role of knowledge-based economy in the construction of system information and communications technology , which is the basis of the development of societies , especially in the field of applied life science in the development and preparation of specialized human cadres and practical in providing new job opportunities for the unemployed was applied to this study on the Arab Republic of Egypt model the light of the available data on indicators of infrastructure for information technology and communications. What set apart by the study of the positive impact of the knowledge economy at the macroeconomic level of the state and that contribute to the process of development and economic growth , which are derived ingredients derived from components of information and communication technology , and research found to offer some conclusions and recommendations. | ||
