| Abstract | ||
| The current study included volatile oil extraction from the cloves plant Sayzygium aromaticum isolate and purify the diagnosis composite Aleugenol Eugenol, Using some chemical spectral techniques such as Thine Layare Chromatography(TLC),Infra-Red spctrum (IR), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(H1NMR) and Gas Chromatography Mass (GCMass) evaluated the antibacterial activity against six bacterial species (E.coli (ATCC25922), Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC),Psedomonas aeurginosa,Salmonella typhi.Acinetobacter sp, Proteus mirabilis),which showed the antibacterial activity of the against bacterial high and inhibion of different diameters ranged between (41.6-34.6 mm).The current study also included identifying Minimum Inhibition Concentration(MIC) to Eugenol compound,Wher was less minimum inhibitory concentration is (1.6 µgml) against S. aureus (ATTC), While the highest Minimum Inhibition Concentration(MIC) is (6.5 µgml) towards both bacterial species P.aeurginosa,S.typhi,P.mirabilis .It also tested the cellular toxocity of the compound ,Whichdid not show any toxic at theconcentrations tested. | ||
