| Abstract | ||
| Abstract : The case of the information crimes doesnot differ from the traditional crimes, as the genuine investigation authority specialized in inspecting traditional crimes is the same one for the information crimes. This authority, however legislations differ, include the investigation judge, the investigator, the judicial control member, or the general prosecution in the legislations that the investigation authority grants. The difficulty lies in the nature of things inspected or searched for, in that these things in the case of information crimes are programmes, software and data that have no materialistic shape in the external world. Therefore, the person doing the investigation needs to be knowledgeable and well acquainted with technical issues especially information technology. And as the information crimes have recently emerged and have been speedily increasing, we have studied the procedural aspects to which these crimes are subject to, particularly inspection. We have divided our study into two parts; the first one approaches the inspection of the computer system and the second demonstrates the results of that inspection. | ||
