| This research is an important issue affecting the social reality of contemporary , a divorce by using modern means of communication and are intended to electronic means of communication such as telephone mobile , and fixed , and the use of international information network ( Internet ) by use e-mail, in the written , or voice , or visual. in custom, Divorce through modern means of communication is named: electronic Divorce. and this research has shed light on it in terms of their use in divorce، and a statement of Divorce by the terms and conditions linked to the public for divorce outlined by Islamic law and Islamic jurisprudence cited sources. This included research on the paving which we explained some of the foundations for the means of communication concerned with the study and statement types, then two sections represent the heart of the matter , taking the first section ( divorce through modern means of communication that rely writing) and talk about the sayings of scholars in divorce in writing , a statement of the terms of a divorce do with if the pair use modern means to him. | ||
