| Abstract | ||
| • The first pivot was the significance of saying on(story) or (doubt). • The second pivot was the effect of significance in make saying work as (suspicion & relatives’) the researcher prove this by:- 1- some of (suspicion & relatives’) verbs which show (doubt) or (certainty) or (conversion) when they exit from meaning their works would be rejected. 2-the significance of the verb (claim). 3- the contain. 4- the deference in conditions :- a- significance of speech b- significance of state c- weakness of significance d- the inquiry 5- Sulayims papules make (saying) like doubt without conditions. 6- since (story) was the origin in (saying). • The third pivot was the (work)that causes disagreement of Sibawayih & Al-akhshaf to Koffies & the most of Basries those go on permit of disconnect between inquiry & the verb of saying by foreign word | ||
