But in the presence of the disease would it be to judge the case if the couple or one of them suffered genetic disease with their will in the continuation of conjugal life? What is the ruling in the prevention of child-bearing to protect the offspring from genetic diseases, particularly serious ones? This is evidenced in this research It is the most important findings of this research through the following: may b excluded if the temporary reproduction was a couple or one of them infected with the disease and genetic concerns for the health, economic, cultural and social development. does not prevent births may be permanent unless it necessary to let its standards of legitimacy and that according to scholarly consensus. that a simple genetic disease or not opposed to the serious and do to stay out of the principal duties and can be treated medically can not be considered to prevent births need to allow permanent (sterilization). that the very serious genetic disease, who opposes the survival and stability of the origin of life and integrity can be considered a legitimate excuse for permits necessary to prevent births, but this is not permitted on the launch, but should be controls do not even have to say this as a pretext for corruption. | ||
